* Pendidikan min. S1 Psychology. IPK min. 3.00
* Open to graduate kamu f
* Preferably have worked in psychology consultant.
* Understand the interview technique and scoring psychological tests
Responsibility:
- Running the entire recruitment process (candidate searching, testing, scoring, interviews, etc..)
- Create a recruitment reports per week and monthly.
- Conduct follow-up to the user and build relationships with all department.
